Shaw & Co announces it has acted as lead advisor to Gradwell, securing a £1.15 million investment to fund future growth.
This development capital has been provided by Altitude Partners, a regional private equity fund focused on the South of England. It will be used to significantly scale up Gradwell’s technology platform and help the company continue to grow its already substantial customer base.

Gradwell is the leading provider of Voice over Internet Protocol Telephony and Internet solutions for small businesses in the UK (VoIP). The company was founded in 1998 by Dr Peter Gradwell to offer customers his proprietary VoIP system. Now based in Bath, it has an annual turnover of over £5m, a team of 60 employees and serves over 10,000 customers.
Amongst numerous awards, the business has been listed in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 and is nominated as a finalist in the Best Business in the SME and Micro categories for the ITSPA Awards 2012.
